Sacred Space will endeavour to dispatch merchandise within one business day from your order date.

All items are shipped by Sacred Space via Australia Post.  We offer standard delivery options, as well as express, tracked, insured & air mail.  We currently have no provision for ocean freight, but this may be updated, so please check in the delivery options section of your shopping cart when you try to complete your order. 

Delivery prices are calculated automatically based on weight of your goods unpacked, delivery location & if you have requested additional options such as express, tracked or insurance.  Additional costs for packaging and packaging weight added to freight at the time of dispatch are paid for by Sacred Space. 

You can get a shipping estimate from the shopping cart prior to logging in and placing the order. Orders are posted within one working week business day, when in stock.

If items are unavailable at time of delivery, you will be notified via phone or email with an approximate eta. 

We recommend that you request insurance cover for all items over $150, but it really is your choice as a customer when you process your delivery options. 

Risk and title in the goods passes to the recipient upon dispatch of the goods, to your nominated delivery address. 

Any claims with Australia Post for damage or failure to deliver after dispatch will need to be taken up by you with Australia Post.  We can assist you only in this process if you need to claim on insurance or help you to track your item.
